Lynn Voit - Florida Keys artist
Lynn grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio to major in fashion illustration and design at Bennett College in Millbrook, New York. She went on to freelance her fashion and architectural renderings while teaching art majors at the University of Cincinnati. Lynn's interest in photography led to a life of cruising and sailing the high seas eventually leading her to paradise in the Florida Keys. Now a resident of Marathon, she is a full time Florida Keys watercolor artist.
A feeling of simplicity and serenity is always present in her work, be it her original watercolors, or acrylics on canvas. A diver and a pilot, Lynn has combined her love of the Keys' water and skies with her thirst for adventure and channeled her energy into her creations through her use of vibrant colors. When not on the golf course, Lynn paints commissions for private collectors, interior designers and corporations. She welcomes visitors to her studio by appointment.
